Also, as will be evident from reading Barry Smart's FOUCAULT, MARXISM
AND CRITIQUE, the main Marxist engagment with Foucault appears in
Nicos Poulantzas's STATE, POWER, SOCIALISM (London: New Left Books,
1978). (Poulantzas was an Althusserian Marxist political theorist).
