Your best bet is to point the browser to the archives. A quick skim of a
few of the more recent months would do a better job of summing things up
for you than any other way I can think of. So:

In your WWW browser, choose the URL
http://jefferson.village.virginia.edu/~spoons

Then locate the archives (near the bottom of the page) and click on them.
