If there is one thing I really find irritating as a cyberspace user, it
is stingy university departments and publishers that use the net merely
to advertise their monopolies of information rather than to disseminate
The Univ of Chicago Foucault advert is just one such example - with its
ludicrous claim that a quarter page constitutes a useful excerpt as
opposed to mere incitement to purchase (at $59.95 hardback no doubt).
Shame on you!
