On problematization: is it simply 'when one takes something to be a problem'
or a little more than that? Was it not meant to draw attention to the power/
knowledge relations that transform some 'realities' into problems? Or, to
put it otherwise, to draw attention to the discursive pratices that work
to produce specific problems in specific conjonctures?

If I'm not mistaken, Mitchell Dean in his "Governmentality" book discusses
that at length and in a very insightful manner...
