Somebody from Suhrkamp said they would publish the 1978/79 lectures
"Sécurité, territoire et population" and "La naissance de la biopolitique"
in fall 2004. They also said it would be published around the world at the
same time.

i am interested in reading foucault´s lectures of college de france
(1978/1979) on governmentality.
are the lectures anywhere available as hardcopy or through the internet?
