The listserver at driftline.org is Mailman (the same one that Josh Robinson
says is used at Cambridge).  It is quite easy to set up a list; it just
requires a tiny bit of patience (to go through all the configuration options)
and a tiny bit of cunning in transferring the subscription list (so as to
keep the digest subscribers on digest, and the other subscribers not on 
digest).
