Unsubbing?

Hi all,

I hate to clog up the bandwidth with useless prattle, but I have managed
to lose the instructions on how to unsubscribe. Since this email account
will disappear soon, I find this better than clogging the list up with
returned emails to a non-existent address. Would someone pretty please
send me a copy of the unsubbing instructions privately? I don't care if I
get a bunch, as long as I get one:)
