I do not recall a debate between the two, but Foucault is included in
Habermas' debate with Lyotard. Some of this can be found in "The
Philosophical Discourse of Modernity." Apparently, the beginning of this
debate began in 1980 when Habermas called these postmodernists, 'Young
Conservatives." He included Derrida, foucault, and Lyotard, among them.
