Sorry if you have seen it more than once, but I guess this is inevitable
with an attempt at wide coverage.
We did debate a deadline, but these things are difficult to judge when you
are working with referees and papers may need to be revised. So the earlier
the better, but I would be surprised if a paper submitted after early August
was ready in time.
But as this is a journal, this doesn't really matter: papers that miss one
issue can join the queue for the next available one.
