[Foucault-L] technologies of the self

Hello All,
i'm looking for any good secondary works dealing with Foucault's notion of 'technologies of the self', are there any that spring to mind? [i have read Ian Burkitt's article by the way, as well as Sebastian Harrer's paper].
Moreover, i am also interested in any opinions list-member's may have in regards to the slightly different formulations Foucualt seems to have of 'technologies of the self', particularly as it is deployed in "The Use of Pleasure" [vol 2 of History of sexuality] and the way it is deployed in Foucault's American lectures [published as 'On the Beginnings of the Hermeneutics of the Self' in _Political Theory_] as well as in his essay "Technologies of the Self" in _Ethics, Subjectivity and Truth_. The way i see it is that in the former text, 'technologies of the self' seem to be associated quite specifically with the ancient Greek "arts of existence". However in the latter works it seems to me to be instead formulated quite generally [as part of a quadrant of generalizable social technologies, the others being technologies of production, signification and finally of domination]. Has this struck anyone else? has anyone written on this?
thanking you in advance for your help
