I haven't seen a Foucault book online, though you could try google book.
If you can't find them online perchance, you could do the next best thing.
Tracts of "The Hermeneutics of the Subject" are online at google book, just
type in the title.
It's a lecture course Foucault delivered at the college de france in 1982.
Its a very rich and strong course covering the material that would later go
into the second and third volumes of the History of Sexuality respectively.

ps: I hope this isn't too offensive, but since your signature says Israel
and "Ch. Weizmann, may I ask if you're related to Chaim Weizmann, the first
Israeli leader?
