Hi All,
I'm currently looking for a reference:
Hacking, I. (1982). Biopower and the avalanche of printed numbers. Humanities in Society, 5, 279-295.
I've read people working with Foucault's ideas and I've seen Hacking cited for his work on statistics. I'd like to read what Hacking has to say about biopower. Unfortunately, my library does not have access to the back catalog of Humanities in Society.
Does anybody have a digital copy of the article?
Thank you very much,
Mike
