Walt writes re Macey book
<<Steve Meinking has commented that he found it useful, but did not
say why, and I haven't seen (I think) any other comments on the
book.
So...how did others of you react to it?>>
I found it an extremely interesting for its details on the intellectual life
and institutions surrounding Foucault. I think the book is invaluable for
those interested in postwar intellectual history in France - lots of
interesting details and bibliographical references.
