hm...inner space...you mean in Foucault's work??? If so, I imagine that there
would be an articulation of it in Surveiller et Punir, and then probably in his
essay, Technologies of the Self, perhaps. Also, I would think that the Volont
e de Savoir is a text where this is fairly clearly articulated...though I've re
ad none of these in a few years. Of course, I'm taking "inner space" as a noti
on of interiorized subjectivity--something a la Madame Bovary--which may not be
what you're thinking of when you say inner space. Did I miss a previous posti
