Actually, I wasn't quoting anything from Connolly's work. The post I was
responding to had some brief quotes from THE AUGUSTINEAN IMPERATIVE. But
the point I was making -- that Connolly does not treat power along the lines
of the repressive theory -- can be found in a number of works, notably the
AUGUSTINEAN IMPERATIVE, but also the IDENTITY\DIFFERENCE book.
