Shepherdson text

Hey all:

I was intrigued by the argument of the Shepherdson that Darlene (?)
posted. I got the impression that this was a transcription of a lecture:
has it been published anywhere? If not, would Darlene be willing to
backchannel to me (or repost, if it's in the general interest of the
group) another copy of this text?
