on Foucault-habermas
This may not be a shattering breakthrough, but Habermas' main critique of Foucault appears
in Philosophical discourses of modernity, in which he devotes two juicy lectures to the
"performative contraditions" operating within Foucault's genealogical historiography, and
the only direct response to Habermas I know of appear in an interview, Politics and Ethic,
in the Foucault Reader (rabinow).
