i think power is the core of a relationship. this doesn't mean it has some
sort of absolute value. i don't think i meant to say it is independent of its
modes of articualation, but merely that it a product of these modes, whatever
they may be. i don't know if i have all the anawers, as i am also working
thru MF's stuff. power is like a web. it is inescapable at any level. our
purpose then is not to escape power, but to challenge and redefine its
effects. what do you think?
