I have come in contact with a pupil to Michel Foucault, Francois Ewald, who
writes about the crisis of the welfare state and the social rights of the
welfare state. His main book is called L'Etat providence 1986. My problem
is that I am not very good at french so I wonder if anyone knows about an
english translation of the book and if Ewald has written anything more
about the same topic?
