Well, gee, Chris. That's *the* question, isn't it? What is called
Justice in a post-foundational age? The crisis in legitmation, after

After the crisis, ethics got some fashion facilitation...there is no
longer (if there ever was) a need to begin ethical negotiations with
'The Truth.' In fact, negotiations that begin with the assumption that
The Truth is not already a product of previous negotiations seems
anything but ethical.
Are you assuming that if there is no stable foundation there can be no
ethical negotiations? That would be an interesting position to take on
the Foucault list. But I'm listening if you're interested in explaining.
