You seem to be denying that exploitation and avarice are the hallmarks of the
economic system that only a few seem to be able to get away with.
Legitimation may serve exploitation as in the arms race, interest rates,
pollution, property costs, advertising,
etc. Although the notion of a 'few' is probably not far from the actuality,
this 'few' could refer to millions of people that are affected by exploitation
either as the exploited or the exploiters. And don't forget, that quite a bit
of effort is applied to the market to ensure that exploitation does not occur,
so much effort that honest economic activity is often derailed.
Before we get into marketing and strategies that worked or didn't work, we
should examine the wages from an international perspective.
