Daniel: I ignore if Foucault wrote epecifically about America, but there is
a very good book with Foucault seminars at the College de France (1975-1976)
whose original title is Il faut defendre la societe (in spanish they
translated it as Genealogy of racism (Genealogia del racismo). I recomend
specially the three first conferences.
