«prolifération discursive»

I am intending to make an argument on bioethics as an illustration of
the foucaldian concept of «prolifération discursive», in the precise
sense he used the concept in his first part of «Histoire de la
sexualité». Could anybody give me any secondary reference about such a
foucaldian lecture of the contemporary bioethical institution?
