FOUCAULT AND DERRIDA

Could somebody shed some light on the relationship between foucault and =
derrida? there's a few books dedicated to the subject that i don't have =
time to read right now. I'm not aware of any direct criticism by either =
one towards the other, but that could just be my ignorance. It seems to =
me that Foucault is less interested in exposing the attempted centers of =
western metaphysics and instead (obviously) prefers a geneological =
approach.

any thoughts?
