Foucault and the History of Law

In the interview 'What our present is' there is
mention that Foucault's interest was switching from
the history of sexuality to the history of law late in
his life. I was wanting to know if he ever published
anything along these lines? Anything that might have
shown what direction he might have took in a history
of law? If anyone could give me any information about
this I would be grateful.

Thanks in advance
