suggestions give a sense of the meaning in the term.

The distinction between existenziell and existenzial is rendered by
Macquarrie & Robinson in Being and Time as existentiell and existential. See
Being and Time H. 12 (the marginal pagination) for the distinction. The
newer Stambaugh translation retains this translation.

Generally the introduction to Being and Time (also found in Basic Writings)
would be a good place to start. The existential language was a late addition
to B&T, and is dropped quite quickly afterwards, but the ontic-ontological;
beings/being distinction or difference is central throughout Heidegger's
work.
