RE: Foucault reference

I don't have the text with me to confirm, but it sounds like something from
"The Order of Discourse," which can be found in Shapiro, Michael, ed.,
Language and Politics (Blackwell, 1984 if memory is correct). Another version
is in Untying the Text: A Poststructuralist Reader.
