Urgently need Michel Foucault references..

When I was 15 years old, I read Power/Knowledge by Michel Foucault and
I found some very interesting material.

I particular the three quotes that I can't currently find, but need
for the social ills that I'm trying to resolve, are listed below, and
they are from memory, over 25 years, so they might be slightly wrong.
But I need to find them in the book once again, so that I can quote
them in some political papers and legal papers that I'm writing,
hopefully to have done by Monday..

The first quote is..

"The final intrusion into the family will be from Welfare and be
for the good of the child."

I see this as quite telling, since the Federal Welfare
Department created the Office of Child Support enforcement in 1975,
and the divorce industry has bloomed, and the suicide rate of men has
quadrupled, but then there are the children growing up without
fathers.

The second quote is about how all of the civilizations that have
failed have done so as a result of them declining into a welfare
state. I can recall a description of end of the Roman Empire after
they became a welfare state, and how the Vikings invaded..

The third quote is about how all of the revolutions since the 1,400's
have been as a result of the abuse of Judicial Authority, the use of
Special Masters, and the creation of Debtors' Prison.

I have a copy of Knowledge and Power right in front of me. Does
anyone know or even have a hint which chapters of the book these
quotes are from? It would save me from reading the 268 pages again,
and I recall that it's not an easy read.

Thanks in advance,

Wilbur
