I just published mine myself. I went to a local printer who did 150 copies
of it on a docutech machine. It worked out that I can sell it a lot cheaper
that way than on UMI dissertations on demand. I am selling them at a pretty
good speed, and have a web site to support the book and develop the ideas in
it.
