There is another review essay in History of the Human Sciences, 11(4), pp.
159-170 (1998) by Neil Levy.

Levy points out that the last lecture (a good one imho) was previously
published in 1991, which I wasn't previously aware of. It was in Les Temps
Modernes, 535, pp. 37-61.
