Yes! Much to my embarrassment, when I actually looked at the article this
info in emblazoned across the front of it.

As for 'madness and the absence of work:' I have found two references:
1. Foucault, M. 'La Folie, l'absence d'oeuvre' in "La Table Ronde" May 1964
2. as an appendices to the 1972 edition of "Histoire de la folie"
