[Foucault-L] La sante remplace le salut/Guardia

if you search under the Foucault's French phrase - La
sante remplace le salut - you will find that it may well
be a misquote (or change of tense) from

"La sante a remplace le salut"

Some sites on the web reference this to G. Canguilhem, Le
normal et le pathologique, PUF, Paris, 1991. Guardia doesn't
appear in the English translation's name index, which does
not have a subject index, so i can't provide a reference or
prove that it's in there.
