Palgrave are currently publishing the complete lecture series in English at the rate of about one per year. 'Security, Territory, Population' is due to be published early in 2007, followed by 'The Birth of Biopolitics' in 2008. The people at Palgrave weren't able to tell me the order of publication for the complete lecture series beyond these, however.
