Dear Marek:

I can't think of where it is, but Foucault admits in an
interview that the late Heidegger had influenced his treatment
of history in "The Order of Things" (perhaps in terms of the
epistemes as geschick). Sorry I don't know the reference; I'm
sure someone else on the list will be able to locate it.
