I think James Bernauer's book Michel Foucault's Force of Flight had just such an analysis in an appendix - it's been a long time since I looked at this, but if I remember right it was very interesting and shows the use of structuralist language clearly. It's maybe worth adding - more for others - that the English translation is of the 1972 revision.
