To what extent does formal discourse contribute to the greater public good?
Show that, and there is justification for this discourse to be proivider as a
matter of public trust. Public trust, regrettably, is being strip mined. It
is important to weld discourse into any residual public trust discussion.

Or is it?

The give up and die attitude when it comes to paying for the internet
disheartens me. Everything is paid for eventually, that is true.

The military significance of the internet has always been marginal and
its main function has always been for commercial organisations, who screw
the academic sector anyway, so why should the academic sector pay up twics
over?
