I don't think that he ever wrote explicitly about journalism, but he was
involved in Journalist circles, often using the medium to forward one of
his various forms of political activism. The Eribon and Macey
biographies discuss this stuff. You might also look at interviews in
_Foucault Live_. But, many agree (including me) that there is some
tension (an interesting tension to say the least) between his theories of
power and some of this activism.
