Foucault and cities, urbanism, development . . .

Hello All,
I'm looking for guidance regarding Foucault's work on cities,
urbanism, development, planning and so on . . . I'm trying to shy away from
all the panopticon architecture stuff and focus more on the area which has
not been explored so much . . . any articles or specific texts that you
think would illustrate where Foucault has taken the analysis of cities to a
different plane let me know.
