In mid-April, I am going to do a performance called "Memories of Citizenship".
This is part of a history-seminar series (in NY) whose overall topic is
"Citizenship", but I am itching to do stuff about the art of memory, so
I have married the two (they have always been married anyway). It will be
an object-theater/overhead-projector-shadow-puppet presentation. If anybody
has any thoughts about Memories of Citizenship, I will gladly use them
as possible material and it will be a collaborative project.
