Request help in tracking a reference

Maybe someone can help me now. Somewhere, and my guess I've seen it as a
citation rather than in a piece by Foucault himself, F says something
roughly along these lines.

'I'm not sure about publishing my lectures at the College de France. There
is a lot of throwaway stuff, but equally material the kids might find
useful'

Any ideas as to where I might find this? BTW Claire, thanks for the tip-off
about the new book in French: I've just ordered it from France.
