hello peter,
i am currently studying at duquesne university in
pittsburgh, pennsylvania. our graduate program deals
pretty much in continental philosophy and offers a
seminar on foucault, taught by fred evans. fred also
teaches merleau-ponty and deleuze at the graduate
level. at least one other professor, dan selcer, has a
strong familiarity with foucault and incorporates his
work into readings of early modern philosophy (he
teaches a seminar on leibniz and spinoza, but also
synthetic postmodern/modern courses). the program also
regularly offers courses on marx, hegel, kant,
heidegger, husserl, sartre, de beauvoir, nietzsche,
and now critical race theory. here's the link if
you're interested:

best regards,
tom
