Re: [Foucault-L] the event

Hi Jacqui,

Foucault speaks directly about the event (in terms of 'eventualisation') in two pieces I know of, both from 1978:

- 'What is Critique?', in John Schmidt (ed.) _What is Enlightenment?: Eighteenth-Century Questions and Twentieth-Century Answers_ (especially 392-8)

- 'Questions of Method', in James D Faubion (ed.) _Power: Essential Works of Foucault, Volume 3_ (especially p.226-9)

The first is a lecture and the second is an interview. Hope this helps.

Regards,
Nick

I'm interested to know where, besides Power/Knowledge, Foucault refers to he concept of the event?
