My name's Emily, I'm a taught masters student at Nottingham University in the UK, and currently very interested in the complicated connection between Foucault and Nietzsche. To my understanding the nature of the connection seems to take on its most famous form when genealogy is mentioned as opposed to Archaeology (from the essay 'Nietzsche, Genealogy, History' and beyond). Although I can't help being struck by the feeling that Nietzsche haunts Foucault's work before the genealogical turn as well. I would very interested in discussing this further
