That's simply an interview as part of the visit; not the mini course.

Foucault gave six lectures at that time entitled "Mai faire, dire vrai". From the biographies they were on confession. I suspect they are close to material he used in his De Gouvernement des Vivants College de France course - not yet out in French.

This site (http://www.law.uchicago.edu/faculty/harcourt <http://www.law.uchicago.edu/faculty/harcourt> ) suggests they are coming out in both French and English
