The label on the third corner is "actes",
and the title above the triangle says
"comportement sexuel".
For more information you can look at p.243
of the same book (top of the page) in the
interview "On the Genealogy of ethics".
The question is, roughly, the relationship between
sexual act, desire, and pleasure as conceived
in different cultures.
I hope it is not too late. It is early evening where
I am, and so still morning in the US.
