Regarding Dits et Ecrits, can anyone tell me if it this that is being
reproduced in English as Foucault: The Essential Works, Vols. I, II & III,
Ethics, Subjectivity and Truth. I have read the first volume (Ethics), and
found a lot of good stuff in it. If this series isn't a translation of
Dits et Ecrits, are there any plans for a translation? And what, if
anything, are we missing from Dits et Ecrits in this series? And where can
we find translations?
Also, does anyone know of any Foucault articles (or other relevant
references) where he talks specifically about the care professions
(not just the hospital/clinic, but things like care/residential/nursing
homes, care/housing/job schemes for learning disability adults or the
mentally or physically impaired, job coaching etc.)?
Thanks,
Scott.
