Classes introducing social theory often introduce Foucault with "The History of Sexuality, Part One." Its good, brief, illustrative, and talks dirty. I think Madness and Civilization is a good intro too because the descriptions in the beginning are vivid and, by the end, you have that awful feeling that there is no outside (which of course there isn't).
Good luck. Parts of Foucault are difficult but don't let that intimidate you. Just breeze past those parts and keep on going.
