I have been following the correspondence on this list for some time. I
hold B.A. and an M.A.in Aesthetics, Philosophy and Art-theory from the
College of Design, Arts and Crafts and Sodertorn University-College in
Stockholm, Sweden and I am currently working on a number of different
projects.
Apart from planning a philosophical/architectural Phd-thesis based on
Foucaults notion of heterotopia, I am envolved in a multidisciplinary
research group connected to the Royal Academy of Fine Art in Stockholm
looking at informal architecture, megacities and postcolonial issues (we
are at the moment focused on the Dharavi district in Mumbai).
However, the main reason for sending this e-mail is that I also work with
a dance-company (CCAP) and a high-intensity dance-production that will be
set soon. Within this production I am looking for material concerning
contemporary dance (not theatre), embodiment, emotional-imput preferably
related to the concept of heterotopia, and would like your suggestions.
