I don't know whether anyone's mentioned him yet, but there is also a scholar
(who I had never heard of before I started researching and thinking about
links between Weber and Foucault)called Arpad Szakolczai who has written a
couple of books comparing the two. Not sure if I entirely like his work but
it's another source.
I am told that Foucault became more interested in Weber towards the end of
his life and he certainly seemed to refer to Weber more often in some of his
last interviews - see for example 'Structuralism & Post Structuralism' which
can be found in the Essential Works vol.2, Aesthetics (Penguin - 1994).
Myself, always up for discussion on this because my own PhD thesis is based
on drawing a link between the two thinkers. The more I read and study their
respective work, the more I see Foucault as a kind of 'radical Weberian', -
just throwing that out there really. What do others think on that?

great reading list. Not dealing with rationalization so much, Paul
Rabinow's Anthropos Today: Reflections on Modern Equipment has an
interesting discussion of Weber (starting from a Foucaultian point of view)
and the ethics of scholarship... I guess the ethos of logos might be more
precise.
