work on the net and has given me permission to copy some - I use a
scanner, thus reducing the time for an A4 sheet to 3 minutes).
Publishers only own copyright to the format and will tell you that
you can't reproduce it but that's just because they are mean.
Reproduction is currently permissible for educational, research and
discussion purposes. Of course, if a book was discussed chapter at a
time and it was all posted, someone might get pissed off.
